The 2025 OSCA Annual Convention 

The OSCA’s 2025 Annual Convention is October 3-5 at the Hilton Polaris. This year's theme is Game On: Advancing Chiropractic, Together

You can earn up to 16 CEs from an impressive list of chiropractic professionals, visit numerous exhibitor booths, and mix and mingle the night away!

CE: 16 hours available

Price: Friday night guest ticket: $50

           Saturday night guest ticket: $100

           All-meals guest pass: $215

                               *Member plus: Complimentary- Please call the OSCA office for your complimentary ticket for you and up to 2 staff (any additional tickets must be purchased). Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9 am - 4:30 pm at (614) 229-5290 *You must be a member as of the 2nd quarter to qualify.

     Staff/Guest registration (not able to earn CE): Members: $375

DC and Staff/Guest registrations include the following:

Session Descriptions

Each breakout session is 2 hours in length.  Attendees will choose different sessions for Breakouts 1 and 2.

 

Dr. Stuart E. Hoffman

When: Friday, October 3, 2025
Time: Friday: 2:00pm – 4:00pm 
Presentation Title: Practical risk management and potential vertebrobasilar ischemia concerns – Stroke. 

The objective of this post-graduate course is to educate and review with Doctors of  Chiropractic a twofold program outline: 1.The necessary knowledge and skills to effectively identify and thus manage risk in their clinical practice, including and not limited to upholding ethical standards and maintaining appropriate boundaries with patients and patients clinical records. 2. Review and discuss past and present scientific literature to explore the evolution of what we know about the process of cervical spinal manipulative therapy and potential vertebrobasilar ischemia – Stroke. At the conclusion of this course two-hour course the attendee will be equipped with tools to mitigate practice risk and monitor clinical outcome measure in the presence of possible potential vertebrobasilar ischemia concerns.

Dr. Jenny brings her 16 years of experience in specialized pediatric practice to the presentation, sprinkling in some clinical pearls she has learned along the way.

Program Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Attendees may cancel any OSCA Seminar for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

Cancellation requires a phone call or email to the OSCA at

  1. Canceling 30-days or more prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a 100% refund.
  2. If attendee does not show for a seminar, no refund or credit will be given. If the OSCA cancels a seminar, you will be refunded 100%.

If the OSCA needs to cancel a seminar, they will, within their best effort, try to cancel in a timely manner. The OSCA is not responsible for any incurred travel or accommodation costs.  If a seminar is not organized by the OSCA, refunds will be at the discretion of the company. Please contact the organizing entity for their respective cancellation policy.
